District Funds Allocation 2017-18 District and centennial grants $77,676 International global grants $94,676 (estimate) Local global grant $10,000 District grant scholarships $12,000 (six at $2,000 each) Global grant scholarship $15,000
What club presidents need to do Attend grants training at PETS or online Provide names and contact information of club Rotary foundation chair and grant contact Sign Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) (done online with matchinggrants.org) Ensure club keeps bank transaction records for all grant fund transactions Ensure that grant project leaders keep all receipts Sign and authorize grant applications and reports Enter foundation goals and have plans to meet them
Grant Qualification Requirements For all grants and scholarships president for 2017/18 must attend qualification session at PETS or online Annual fund goals entered for 2017/18 In addition For District grants $50/capita donation to the TRF annual fund in 2016/17 For Global grants and scholarships $50/capita donations to the TRF annual fund in 2016/17 President and PE must sign the Memorandum of Understanding Primary and secondary contact must complete global grant training online
