APEST! Evangelists are recruiters who like to “do it now”. They tend to be focused externally, act passionately, persuade non-believers to accept Christ and believers to share their faith, and focus on achievement. They yearn to see lives changed. To them, Church is all about being SAVED.

APEST! Shepherds are care-givers who like to “do it together”. They tend to be focused internally, build relationships, disciple or integrate others into the group, and focus on involvement. They yearn for teamwork. To them, Church is all about COMMUNITY.
