Deep Thought 13 Nothing to Fear but Fear: Roderick Usher, the main character in “The Fall of the House of Usher”, claims that his greatest fear is that he will lose his life and sanity to fear. Many people have found that when fear takes over, it prevents them from reacting in an effective manner. Have you ever witnessed a situation in which someone showed fear?
