Updating our SEP: Building on Success The original SEP has helped the LEP secure nearly £220m Now need to reflect on local and national changes in policy and the economy and ensure it continues to guide the work of the LEP over the coming years. Revisiting data on how the economy, businesses and labour market of the Enterprise M3 area are working; reflecting on what aspects of our approach have been successful – where do we add most value? Providing a strong strategic framework - with local ownership - for future investment decisions
