ASPEC QSHR April 2016 Minutes HSE Activities HOT TOPICS Document Review All HSE documents have all been revised and are now uploaded into the Members Area of the website The HSE Manual has also been updated and available in the Members Area Audit Preparation Newcastle Office will be undertaking an HSE Audit with Newcastle Coal Infrastructure Group in July – preparation is under way to ensure meet the expected criteria Safety Moment Training Three short safety moment training tools have been developed to reinforce the completion of Aspec’s Take 5’s, Job Hazard Assessment (JHAs) tools and a quick Risk Management overview. Client Feedback Form to Clients – include the link to formstack within emails to Clients when document control are issuing final documents/drawings Group Leader Training – old tool being reviewed and made current Safety & QA Card – quick reference card for team members to have on hand – ready for delivery Go-No-Go Checklist P273 Lesson Learned Internal Monthly Audit of Quality system requires revision to ensure noted ‘process’ are occurring Lessons Learned tool to be revised and encouraged to be used Change Management Procedure be developed to accommodate the HSE & QA systems Internal Quality Audit to be undertaken and documented prior to next audit in July Commence including quarterly short video/talk tools to ‘refresh’ the Team on various management/safety/quality issues ASPEC QSHR April 2016 Minutes

ASPEC QSHR April 2016 Minutes Quality Activities Aspec Quality Activities Planning and preparation for next Audit in July is underway Management Review meeting was held 5th April, minutes available in the Members Area Work is still on going to close out PCAs Project Leader Training is a strong focus at the moment, along with defining the Lessons Learned tool. Both these will value add to Aspec Internal Audit is scheduled for 18th May, preparation is currently being taken place and each office has been diarised should they need to be available for evidence finding.
