IGK Gene Clonality assay Target region: Vk-Jk Result: clonal – prominent 147 bp peak in range of 120-160. Polyclonal background amplification is also visible.

IGK Gene Clonality assay Target region: Vk-Kde + intron Kde Result: clonal – prominent 280 bp peak in range of 270-300 bp. Polyclonal background amplification is also visible.
