EURASIA’S MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE Annual consumption budget for each ship is US $1million. Certified and properly trained crew are recruited. Proper safety guidelines, policies and procedures are provided for the crew so that they are well equipped with the knowledge necessary for any foreseeable eventuality. Daily, weekly and monthly reporting systems, quarterly inspections and ongoing satellite-based monitoring is required to track the progress of the vessel.

Eurasia’s management structure constituted of Self check Cross check External check A Reliability team is employed to determine the root cause for the failure and an appropriate remedy is arranged. Fleet-wide circulars are sent out regularly to disseminate any lessons learned. Total employee training at Eurasia is highest in 2002 and employee turnover is recorded at the lowest level in the same year.
