THESE CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES REQUIRE JUDICIAL TRANSPARENCY A transparent judicial process covered by certain essential formalities. Impartiality and independence of judges. JUDICIAL TRANSPARENCY It responds to the supreme interest of a state of law to provide what is indispensable so that every person has timely access to information and dissemination of judicial acts. JUDICIAL TRANSPARENCY

JUDICIAL TRANSPARENCY Venezuela adopted the orality in the acts of the Judicial Power, since it has been demonstrated that the presence of the parties in front of the judges favors a fair process. TRANSPARENCY IN THE VENEZUELAN JUDICIAL POWER Another element is the publicity of the trials, which consists in making available to the public, mechanisms that facilitate the publication and electronic consultation of the decisions issued by the courts.
