QUESTION 1 1) Describe Winston`s job. (2) He works at Minitrue He ensures that written records (particularly newspapers) are “up-t o-date” and accurate He receives notices on slips of paper written in Newspeak that describe “errors” that he needs to “rectify” Essentially he is changing history to support the Party
