An Amazing Hero: Albert Einstein By: Austin Miller

Hero He won the Noble Prize in Physics. Einstein was invited to be Israel’s President. He also won the Franklin Medal.

Intelligent In 1905 he discovered that energy equals the mass times the speed of light squared. He discovered that the electron’s kinetic energy equaled the energy of the photon minus the amount of energy required to dislodge the electron from its attachment to metal.

Generous All the money that he won for winning the Noble Prize for Physics was given to charity.

In 1905 he came up with the theory of relativity. Independent In 1895, at the age of sixteen, he quit school and taught himself mathematics and scientific knowledge. In 1905 he came up with the theory of relativity.
