Editing Invitations Spelling Study Day 1

Invitation to Notice Grampa says that in his day, flies and spiders did not get along. Things are different now. Authors write carefully to make sure their words are spelled correctly. Day 1 Excerpt from Diary of a Spider by Doreen Cronin, pages 8-9

Invitation to Notice Some words are very common. We use them often in our writing, and we can spell them quickly and correctly. These are first grade words.
