Key Objectives Release and cutover: Process improvement: Successful cutover of the retail market and all MP systems and businesses to version 8.0 of the retail market design and to facilitate the next market release. Process improvement: Retention of ISO 9001:2008 Regular reporting on retail market process quality indicators Formulation of long term process improvements to save costs. Design Information Service: Upgrade of RMDS customer website in particular focusing on the New Entrant process Facilitation of retail market harmonisation across the two jurisdictions on the island. Support participants as they enter the domestic market. Support of existing participants as they move to new market segments Operational updates: Run market teleconference calls as required by the Market Participants. 14
