Factors That Affect The Achievement of Justice

Cost Court fees and legal representation are too expensive for many people. Victoria Legal Aid can provide legal assistance to those who qualify.

Time Criminal pre-trial procedures such as committal hearings are designed to reduce delays in the criminal justice system.
