Isla Palenquita is an 8 acre plus natural island with white sand beach and lies off the much larger Isla Palenque.

The island has a beautiful 600 foot long white sand beach that has few footprints on it

There are very dramatic views from anywhere on the island There are very dramatic views from anywhere on the island. Beautiful natural spaces with many specie of birds flying about the large trees and open views of the Pacific Ocean.

Title has been applied and the island is certified to be outside the Natural Park.

There is a well giving good fresh water and a concrete dock has been put in requiring only the ramp to floating dock portion.
