Team Report: What's in it? Cover Page Shotgun & Name Map Flexibility & Arrow Map Worksheets Team Profiles or Table Team Roles Competencies The Team Report is divided into three parts; Maps, Team Analysis and Team Roles Maps (incl. Shotgun & Name Maps) - unlimited number of people 2

Team Analysis: The Shotgun Map The shotgun map indicates where & how the team is placed around the Diamond. No names are used. Are there a concentration of people in one quadrant? Is it necessary to have people in each quadrant? Is the team homogenous or heterogeneous? What are the pro’s and con’s of having convergent or complimentary teams?

Team Analysis: Name Map The name map indicates where & how each named team member is placed around the Diamond. Are team members sitting in the position you thought they would? Do you observe behavioural and/or job role connections between team members?

Low energy consumption zone Team Report: Flexibility Diamond The flexbility diamond displays the Team’s Comfort Zone and energy expenditure How does the comfort areas of the team relate to team objectives? Are there responsibilities that fall within the white areas? Does the team need to modify their behaviour to meet responsibilities? Low energy consumption zone High energy consumption zone

Team Report: Name and Arrow Map Shows where & how the team is adjusting in the current environment. Does the team need to modify their behaviour to meet responsibilities? Do most arrows point in the same direction? Why does the team feel it needs to adjust? Is the team feeling pressured in different directions? Individual team member Long adjustment arrow

Team Report: Team Roles Gives an overview of each of the team members’ team roles - discussing their likes and dislikes within a team environment and how others in the team might see them.
