The EU referendum: the results are in. The results announced this morning show that 51.9% of voters in the UK voted to leave the EU. Over 30 million people voted. At Scalby School, the results told a rather different story. 61% of you voted to remain in the EU. 71% of students in the school voted. The story locally was rather different to our result. In Scarborough, 62% voted to leave the EU. 73% of local people voted. Here’s how the rest of the UK voted. Blue is majority leave; yellow is majority remain.
