Chief Executive of Linstone Housing Association Completed ILM Level 5 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring, 2012, with Coaching for More Offer coaching to Managers and Committee members in RSL sector as well as voluntary mentoring through CIH (FCIH)

Today’s session A “toe in the water” Ilene Campbell and TIS staff will assist Look at a coaching approach to working with colleagues, staff and community organisations

One to one discussions (1) In pairs, work for 20 minutes Observe confidentiality Identify a straightforward work issue and discuss this in pairs (10 minutes each) What coaching approach could you use here? Feedback from groups

One to one discussion (2) Spend 10 minutes in new pairs Discuss another work issue (5 minutes each) and think about how a coaching approach could have been used Feedback and conclusions
