(water) -How I finished the other 3 doors on this graphic organizer: Cryosphere: this is all the frozen water on earth; mostly in Antarctica and the Artic; includes snow, glaciers, sea ice, icebergs, and even frost in the ground; the amount of frozen water changes with the seasons Atmosphere: the invisible gas that surrounds earth; extends about 600km high, but most gases are near earth’s surface; 78% of the gas is nitrogen; some of the atmosphere reflect and absorb harmful UV rays Biosphere: life is found almost everywhere on earth- in soil, lakes, and even on rocks; most need oxygen or carbon dioxide to survive; most also need liquid water and moderate temperatures; the sun is the original source of energy for all life on earth
