Learning to screen what we hear, say, and see Changing Your Filter Like the filter of a central air unit, there are filters for our souls that must be kept in peek operating condition in order to prevent the inner man from becoming polluted. We must filter what we hear, what we say and what we see. Learning to screen what we hear, say, and see

Filter What You Hear Mark 4:24 False teaching (Deuteronomy 13:1-4; Jeremiah 23:16; 2 John 1:10; Romans 16:17) Media reports of geo-political tensions (Matthew 24:6; Jeremiah 51:6; Ephesians 1:11) Spiritual guidance from the world (Colossians 2:8; Matthew 17:5)

Filter What You Say Think BEFORE speaking! (Proverbs 15:28; 29:11; 29:20) If you are saying the wrong things, stop! (Proverbs 30:32; 10:19; Ephesians 4:29) Spare your words. (Proverbs 17:27)

Filter What You See Do not focus on wicked things! (Psalm 101:3) Do not focus on material things! (Matthew 6:22-23) Do not focus on lust-provoking things! (Job 31:1)
