What is it? And why can taking initiative sometimes be so difficult?

Initiative Define initiative in your own words. Read the quotations related to initiative and choose one to write about. What do you think the quotation means? How does that quotation relate to you or something in your life?

Research a famous figure that has displayed initiative in the past. Choose a person that has accomplished something that required initiative. Read about the person and the accomplishment(s) that they achieved. Write a one paragraph summary that explains who the person was, what they achieved and why you admire the initiative that they demonstrated. Document any sources that you consult. Use at least one.
