Today’s Agenda MAPS, CRAP and Document Design Elements ROPE Process Survey Links Group Meetings Individual Reports due today

Rubric for Project Four The MAPS/CRAP/Document Design Rubric for Project Four is posted on our course website.

CRAP Principles Keep in mind the following tips related to visual design regarding contrast, repetition, alignment, and proximity as you design and create your digital project. CONTRAST (Big & Little, White on Black) REPETITION (Re- Re- Re-Re- Re- Re-Re- Re- Re-petition) Repeat elements throughout your design such as colors, fonts, layouts, spatial relationships, etc. ALIGNMENT  - The options are flush left, flush right, centered, or justified. The rule is “pick ONE and stick with it.” PROXIMITY - Keep related items close together. Avoid unrelated groupings! Less is More!

Survey Links On our course website in Unit Four, there is a list of all of the surveys that groups (in three classes) are conducting for their research. Please help out your colleagues by answering these surveys.

Group Meetings Barb will meet with each group to discuss your progress, resources that may be needed, issues and individual roles of group members.

Individual Reports The individual reports for the week are due today (hard copy in class).

Homework Please continue the fantastic work you have been doing with your groups. Work on your individual research project. Remember, we have peer review (4 pages) next week.
