Design & Technology Department Port Glasgow High School Helping Your Child to Pass

PCS Metalworking National 5 Has three units. Bench Skills Machine Processes Fabrication and Thermal Joining The three Units are completed and passed before learners progress onto the National 5 Course assessment task.

PCS Metalworking National 5 The final course project is marked out of 70 marks. The final course project counts towards 70% of the overall award. The exam is marked out of 60 marks and last for 1 hour. The exam counts as 30% of the over all award.
