40 Day Character Dare

What was something interesting that you saw or heard in the video? NEUROPLASTICITY What was something interesting that you saw or heard in the video? What happens in our brain when we intentionally work on different skills or actions than what we are used to doing?

4 stages of character development Share with a partner something that you have practiced a lot and now are good at because of practice. If we know that practice is important when it comes to developing your character, do you think the kind of practice (deliberate vs. just doing it) is important? Why or why not? How long do you think it takes to form a new habit?

Character Dare Day 1 If character is who you are, why is it important that we intentionally work on our character each day through these challenges?
