EXODUS Redemption

EXODUS Backround Deliverance from Egyptian bondage. Continuation of God’s promises Gen. 12 & 15. The birth of a nation replete with civil & ceremonial laws. Est. an elaborate system of sacrifices indicating man is a sinner in need of salvation. Est. an elaborate priesthood indicating that man is “cut-off” from God and needs a bridge builder. Est. an elaborate tabernacle indicating God’s presence among them.

EXODUS Survey Genesis ends with 12 Tribes in Egypt prospering. Exodus begins with 12 Tribes suffering. Life of Moses divided into 3 40 year segments: Prince in Egypt Shepherd in Midian Deliverer in the Desert
