Administrative activities (1) Ah RIS Expert Group prepared “Rules on Harmonized River Information Services – RIS in the Sava River Basin”; Rules are fully in line with RIS Directive; It was agreed that Parties shall take the necessary measures to comply with the requirements set out in these Rules not later than January 1st, 2015; DECISION – 15/12 on RULES ON HARMONISED RIVER INFORMATION SERVICES (RIS) ON THE SAVA RIVER BASIN was adopted at the last SC Session in November, 2012. Administrative activities (2) Ah RIS Expert Group prepared “Decision on ENC production”; Minimum IENC Data Set for IENC production is defined; Update of IENC shall be performed on a yearly bases or when significant changes of IENC content has been made; The Parties shall coordinate production priorities and scheduling for IENC production for the Sava River Basin with the ISRBC; DECISION – 16/12 on PRODUCTION AND UPDATE OF THE INLAND ELECTRONIC NAVIGATIONAL CHARTS (IENC) FOR THE SAVA RIVER BASIN was adopted at the last SC Session in November 2012; Concept for the production of the paper IENC was also adopted. Administrative activities (3) Ah RIS Expert Group prepared “Rules on Cross Border Data Exchange in the Framework of the RIS in the Sava River Basin”; Cooperation with relevant EU intiatives (IRIS, Platina); Obligation to exchange particular set of data and permitted use of data are defined; Discussion on the document will continue on the next meeting of the Ah RIS EG.
