Mission The mission of Clovis Unified School District is to provide excellence in education to a diverse community through exemplary programs, services, and activities that foster life long commitment to the Sparthenian concept: “Be the best you can be in mind, body and spirit.”

Philosophy Clovis Swim Club is a competitive senior national oriented swim team with a developmental age group base. As one of Clovis Unified School District’s Exemplary programs, we foster lifelong commitment to the Sparthenian concept, “Be the best you can be in mind, body and spirit.” Swimming is more than a sport, it’s a way of life. We want each member of our swimming family to be able to reach his or her full potential

Two Senior Teams National Development Team The National Development Team is for athletes making a transition from age group swimming to the CSC National Team. A degree of technical proficiency is required in the four competitive strokes, starts and turns. Athletes should be able to perform 10 X 100 yard freestyle on 1:20 and 5 X 100 yard I.M on 1:30 to be considered for this team.

Senior Teams (cont.) National Team The National Team is for athletes who are within 1 second per 50 of a USS Junior Nationals qualifying time.
