Step 2 – Developing the Power to Play To take charge of our lives and to play the Games that we want to play, we need sufficient power C energy, vitality and personal strength to play the new Games. Page 37

Quality Control Games─ (Introduction to Meta-States) The Aim Game – Sets us on a direction and allows us to live more intentionally. Ownership of Power Zone – Gives us the power to form and own our most basic fundamental powers. The Power of “Yes” & “No” – Empowers us to say “No” to toxic beliefs and “Yes” to enriching beliefs. Page 37

The Quality Control Game Why play this game? C Our brain lacks a natural quality control mechanism – need ecology check. Game Description C Identify Game The Rules of the Game C Does it enhance my life? Does it serve me? Does it empower me? Etc. Pages 37-38

Game #1 – Aim Game Identify a Desired Frame or Game. Flush out the Positive Intentions. Continue flushing out the higher frames. Step in and fully experience. Run a Quality Control on higher frames. Use the textured states as a force field to deal with objections. Pages 39-40

Game #2 The Ownership Game Use this “It’s my brain” Game to recognize and own your core “powers” of functions. This will establish the basis for personal empowerment, responsibility and proactivity. What are our most fundamental powers? Pages 41

State Expressions versus State Frames We have four central expressions of states: Thinking What do you think about this? Feeling What do you feel? Speaking What do you say? Behaving What do you do? Page 41

Figure 2:1 Power Zone Page 43

1a. Access a full experience of your “Four Core Central Powers” Two Inner Powers: Two Public or Outer Powers: Page 41-42

1b. Access Each Power Notice each of these four powers and step into them fully individually. Use your hands to mime out each of these powers in an imaginary “Circle of Power” and influence and responsibility in front of you. Page 42

2. Access and Amplify the Resource State of Ownership. Has there ever been a time, maybe in childhood, when you said, “Mine!”? Think about such a time and go be there and experience it totally. Feel what it is like when you strongly sense that something is yours, when ever fiber of your being says, “Mine!” Page 42

3. Access the States of Acceptance & Appreciation of “Mine!” Imagine something that allows you to fully and completely feel a sense of acceptance – When you just welcome and acknowledge it: a rainy day, traffic. Now feel this acceptance about what you own as yours. Recall something that enables you to feel a warm sense of appreciation for something. Feel that appreciation about this sense of ownership. Page 42

4. Amplify these states until your neurology radiates. Let your own words emerge as you language effectively. Acceptance: “I access as mine, I welcome, receive and embrace as mine.” Appreciation: “I appreciate it as a thought-feeling, as an expression of my powers.” Page 42

5. Apply to your Power Zone. Amplify your sense of ownership, then acceptance, then appreciation and apply them to your power zone. Let your words emerge as you language them effectively. “This is my zone of power. I am totally responsible for my responses of mind, emotion, speech and behavior.” Page 42

6. Future Pace Imagine in the weeks and months to come, moving through the world with this frame of mind about your zone of response… power. How will your life be with you “owning,” “accepting,” and “appreciating” your power zone? How will the lives of those around you be? Page 42

Power Zone Ownership Access a full experience of your four central powers. Access and amplify the resource state of ownership. Access the states of acceptance and appreciation of “Mine!”. Amplify these states. Apply these states to your Power Zone. Future Pace. Page 41-42

Meta-No-ing & Meta-Yes-ing Bring to bear on limiting belief. Bring to bear on desired belief. Limiting Belief Desired Belief

Game #3a – Disclaim It! Access, Amplify and anchor a strong Disconfirmation State. Enjoy and relish your powers to Stubbornly Refuse. Apply this Disconfirmation on a Toxic Frame. Page 47

Game #3b - Confirmation Access a state of “Yes!” Amplify and Anchor. Apply this powerful “Yes” to the new idea. Confirm this confirmation. Threaten the Layers of “Yes” with a “No.”
