Individual superintendent meetings Districts ranged from CI to Excellent w/Distinction Value of Decision Framework & Value-Added Component Data-based decision making became the driver. Year 2: County-wide Participation (20 Districts). District Superintendents’ Endorsements Expertise of TCESC Supervisors CCIP Implications ARRA $$$

OIP Facilitation Process & Timeline Year 1: Phases I & II Re-prioritized our work Committed to scheduled team prep time Developed a year-long plan for District OIP Team Collaborated with SST5 and other regional partners Attended all ODE trainings. Year 2: Phases I – IV OIP became the priority for entire organization Revised facilitation timeline Utilized past experiences to streamline the process Attended ODE trainings Balanced our work to meet year 1 and year 2 district needs.
