TM/WS Infrastructure Development, 9-12 February, 2010 Group:1 NPP VEDOR PROSPECTIVES EXPERIENCE ,LESSON LEARNED and RECOMMENDATIONS Vendor should provide a Vision to the New Comer The new comer countries need additional information in terms of seminars, trainings & courses from vendors. The information regarding Operators and Regulators should be provided by Vendors or the corresponding organisation of the country of the Vendor The local professional institutes should be involved to impart knowledge as per vendors requirements New Comer countries want proven technologies The cost of NPP must be discussed per technical requirements of the country depending on what they actual want TM/WS Infrastructure Development, 9-12 February, 2010 2/25/2019

Some of the problems of NPPs (involvement of local industry) have already been identified by New Comer Countries with conventional Power Plant projects Preliminary information can be collected from exhibitions where all the vendors come and exhibit their product Future technological requirements should be mentioned by the Vendors JORDAN has signed an agreement with one Vendor but the supplies are coming from other countries SO initially there should be Bilateral Agreements with all the Supply Chain countries TM/WS Infrastructure Development, 9-12 February, 2010 2/25/2019
