Methods: Full enumeration and Sampling Regional Seminar on Developing A Program for the Implementation of the 2008 SNA and Supporting Statistics 11-13 September 2013 / Ankara - Turkey Methods: Full enumeration and Sampling While compiling AISS both full enumeration and sampling methods are used. For the enterprises having 20 or more employees, or, the enterprises with some special activities (in classes), full enumeration is used. For the rest of the enterprises (less than 20 employees), sampling method is used. Stratified simple random sampling method is used in the AISS study. 2/25/2019
