The work packages details The further development of the SDMX Content-oriented Guidelines WP2 – MCV Ontology (PT) Create an ontology of statistical metadata based on the Metadata Common Vocabulary.
The work packages details The further development of the SDMX IT architecture and IT tools WP3 – SDMX Data Explorer (PT, IT, ES) Develop an integrated environment to explore SDMX data (conversion, html and chart visualization, schema validation) and a generic SDMX class library. WP4 – Generalized SDMX Framework (IT, PT, SK) Expand and enrich the existing Generalized SDMX Framework, by adding and integrating other important functions; WP6 – SDMX data manager (LV) Build a more user-friendly set of tools, using existing tools and developing new ones, to facilitate the implementation of SDMX; WP7 – PC-Axis with SDMX-ML (SE, LV, IT) Develop a software tool able to convert between PC-Axis files format and SDMX-ML format. WP8 – SDMX in Survey Design and Data Collection (SK, PT) Create a pilot application to test the SDMX use in preparing survey documentation, e-questionnaire design and data collection.
