No Charcoal “Smokin Fast Smoke Flavor” with Mojobricks Bar-B-Qubes! 3 + Hours of Smoking in the back yard grill! Smoking Ribs as an Example

Pre- Cook Prep Light the Bar-B-Qube If the Flavorizing rail is separated by more than 2” you may need to adapt with something like a smoke box or two aluminum cans, as seen here.

Place the wood on the metal over the fire and light the Bar-B-Qube(s). Remove the wood from the flame or change the location of the flame – furthest from the meat!

Flame is on left – meat is far right and directly above the Bar-B-Qubes.

Bar-B-Qubes atop 2 Aluminum cans burn on their own – place them close and keep them on fire the entire cook.

Close the lid and keep the temperature at 275* for 3 hours.

The wood does not need assistance from the gas rail – place the Bar-B-Qubes close and once they are lit they will smolder the entire cook.

Once the internal temperature reaches 165 Once the internal temperature reaches 165* remove the Ribs from the grill and wrap them in foil and cook them in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 195.
