Background Current LFS legal basis: Council regulation No 577/98 amended by Regulation (EU) No 545/2014 Article 7a par 4 of regulation 545/2014: The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts establishing the programme of ad-hoc modules covering 3 years The programme shall be adopted no later than 24 months before the beginning of the reference period Delegated Act with the LFS Ad hoc module programme covering 2019-2021 to be adopted by the end of 2016
Discussion in LAMAS 2019-2021 programme endorsed in December 2015 Including the following 3 topics: AHM 2019: Work organisation and working time arrangements AHM 2020: Accidents at work and other work-related health problems AHM 2021: Labour situation of migrants and their immediate descendants
