Activities to attract entrepreneurs The context: ITC is a Technological Institute based in the Canary Islands ITC is participating in EYE program since 2009 (EYE cycle 1 & 3) ITC is part of regional, national and EU network to support the innovation and internationalization of SMEs EYE is an opportunity in line with ITC/regional objectives 25/02/2019

Lessons learned After two years of activity the existing HEs become prescriptors of the programme. The key factor is the person! A committed HE makes very easy the work. 25/02/2019
