Julia Zisman (or Yuliya Zisman; Russian: Юлия Зисман; born 1961 in Chelyabinsk, Russia) is a Russian-Israeli painter.Zisman was born in Chelyabinsk. She is handicapped and bound to her wheelchair for life.Zisman graduated from the Russian Academy department of Easel Painting the Russian of art in Moscow. Currently she lives in Haifa, Israel. She is a member of Israel Union of Artists since 1991. Many of her works are in private collections in the US, Italy, France, Germany, Russia and Israel.
