LIST OF MOST COMMON ERRORS: A handful of errors represent 99% of the incorrect subject line submissions. 7A_RP01_CHIANG_Joe … dropped the “J” J7A RP01_CHIANG_Joe … had spaces in the email J7A reaction paragraph #1 … never read the instructions Question … too little information … and four errors represent 95% of the incorrect content submissions. The student sends the email to the wrong set of people. The student types content into an email when an attachment is required. The student uses .docx or another word processing program when .doc is required. The student creates a file with the wrong title for their .doc.
