Vision PM Wargaming Capability will provide a significant enhancement to the wargaming capability for the USMC Comprehensive environment to conduct the full spectrum of wargames Capability that ensures wargames are data enabled and lead to defensible positions based on insights and analytical findings Enhancement to the existing wargaming capability with a modernized and flexible facility Capability leap that will enable the USMC to define the future force capability, test OPLANS and CONOPS, and inform resource priorities.

If you are using a CDD, the capabilities are found in section 6; IOC in section 12 and FOC in section 13. In a CPD, the capabilities (to include KPPs and KSAs) and “additional attributes” are found in section 6; IOC and FOC in section 13. For a SON, it’s section 3 “Need,” For a UUNS, it’s the “Type of Capability Needed.” Identify capabilities for which there exist overlaps or redundancies. Identify areas where existing capabilities require recapitalization. Describe (in broad operational terms and/or war fighting scenario) the capability which cannot be performed or is unacceptably limited.
