WELCOME to MRS. VAN SCHAICK (SKOIK) and MRS. BOLOGNA’S GEOMETRY LAB INTEGRATED CLASS

GEOMETRY LAB INTEGRATED This is a class of 10th and 11th graders. This is a ONE year, double period every other day course, which culminates in taking the Geometry Common Core Regents Exam in June. This course is a CRITICAL THINKING course. Attempts at solving problems that are not straight forward or like ones we have done in class, are necessary to have success.

QUIZZES/TESTS About 4/5 a quarter – always announced and posted to infinite campus ahead of time with point value! Please check the portal weekly for your child’s progress in math

HOMEWORK Homework needs to be attempted in order to count. Just an answer is not acceptable. Homework CANNOT be made up unless absent, due to the fact that we review it daily.

SUPPLIES GRAPH PAPER COMPASS – This year the school store is selling them for $15 Index Cards(for review of formulas and vocabulary words)

EXTRA HELP Mrs. Van Schaick: MONDAY and TUESDAY morning from 6:55am-7:25am, in the Student Study Center(SSC). Mrs. Bologna: Everyday after school in room 238 from 2:35pm-3:15pm, except meeting Mondays.
