The 5 P’s Be Prepared!- come to class prepared to work.. Arrive with all materials including homework, pens and pencils, paper, textbook, binder, etc… Be Prompt!- come to class on time and ready to work. You must be in your assigned seat before the tardy bell rings. Be Polite!- respect yourself and others. It is necessary to say thank you, please, and to show acts of kindness. Any display of rude or offensive behavior is unacceptable and will be followed with a consequence. Be Productive! – follow instructions the first time they are given and stay on task. We will work from bell to bell. If you finish your work early, I have several extension activities or other brain exercises for you to work on and enjoy. Be Positive! – Having a positive attitude is necessary for success and learning. Whining, complaining, and negative attitudes lowers class morale.
