Cast (Verb) To give a part to an actor, or assign parts in a play or movie.

Cast (Noun) The group of people performing in a play.

Scenery & Set Set- A collection of scenery, props, etc. used in plays or movies. Everything but the people! Scenery- The background used to represent a place on a stage or movie set. Hangs at the back.
