About Avalon

Avalon’s mission is to build healthy, safe and inclusive supportive housing communities as a long-term solution to homelessness.

Avalon background Started in 1992 Built and developed properties in Ann Arbor and Chelsea – 288 units Partner with private landlords throughout Washtenaw Public housing partnerships in Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti

Supportive Housing Map Avalon provides support services to single adults and families in sites throughout Washtenaw County, Michigan, including Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti and Chelsea.

Who we serve 750+ people, including 200 children Homelessness and behavioral/health issues, including substance use Annual income less than 30% of AMI
