Macro-Level Change Process trio educational talent search briar cliff university The phases of change: Need, Identifying, Analyzing, Goals, Designing, Implementing, Budgeting, Monitoring, Evaluating, Reassessing, Stabilizing

The Change Opportunity! What Does That Mean? Simple-What can I do for students served by TRIO and incorporate human trafficking and social media? Predators seek: children with low self-esteem, feel they are being ignore, ostracized or shunned, or perceive they are not attractive 84% of teens share their interests social media, 59% share videos, and 45% share pictures TRIO educational material did not address these issues Hmmm. Maybe we should provide some type of education to young teenagers about how posting information makes them vulnerable to human traffickers?

Step 3 Identify-the arena where human trafficking exists Step 2 Analyzed-the population of students being served and recognize the diversity Step 1 Analyzed-the impact of youth vulnerability to human trafficking on social media sites. Defining the Change Opportunity Defined Using: Student’s & Student’s Families, Communities, & Schools
