Weather Policy Grand Park is equipped with a lightning detector system to help determine weather-related evacuations If lightning is detected 13 miles of the park, everyone must evacuate the fields. Evacuation should occur if: Grand Park alarm or light is activated. Instructions to evacuate are delivered by an IFJ or Grand Park staff member. You personally hear thunder or see lightning Do not return to the fields until receiving an all clear.

Weather Policy - 2 Our staff makes every effort to ensure teams practice, however safety is the highest priority.

Grand Park Facilities Contracted Use of Facilities Rules and Regulations Indoor Facility Office Space We are tenants at Grand Park – owned by City of Westfield Just because the Event Center is also at Grand Park does not mean we are able to utilize that space when unable to practice outside (weather) is cost prohibitive. IFJ offices now located within the Event Center – 2nd floor, south concourse opposite The Nest, 5 doors down from the Indiana Soccer Association office door.
