Items for discussion on the planned ESSnet on a common reference architecture Objective: Creation of an infrastructure that will foster the collaborative development and sharing of IT components in the statistical production chain. Member States are asked: to contribute on how to reach the objectives of the ESSnet; to discuss the technical specifications presented in the annex; to comment on the timetable; to express their interest for the participation in the ESSnet on SDMX or for its co-ordination. 13 & 14 October 2008 IT Directors Group
