Studying languages in ITC Our courses vs. Language Centre courses Our language and literature courses are primarily aimed at language specialists, and students must have level B2-C1 proficiency Courses for language specialists in English, Finnish, French, German, Russian, Swedish Translation courses demand a good knowledge of Finnish and are not available for exchange students

Degree programmes in languages DP in English Language, Literature and Translation C1 English required, max 10 ECTS for students of other programmes DP in Finnish Language C1 Finnish required DP in French Language B2 French required DP in German Language, Culture and Translation B2 German required DP in Russian Language, Culture and Translation B2 Russian required DP in Scandinavian Languages B2 Swedish required
