Southern Region FTCC Technology Initiative A 2-part approach to expand collaboration: training for ourselves on technologically advanced educational production methods provide interactive webinars to our target audiences Partners: UT Southwestern Medical Center;Hillsboro County Health Department; Texas Dept. of State Health Services; Dallas County Health & Human Services; TX/OK AETC; Delta AETC; Center for Health Training

Lessons Learned Next steps Collaboration is much more productive and consistent with funding and a lead agency! Participating in training via technology increases users’ comfort w/this training method Free online survey software makes pre/post-testing readily available and easy to analyze Next steps Explore additional technology, eg., use of avatars Ongoing assessment of technology use by TCs, our clients, and our clients’ clients Share surveys with other TCs
