MSM 2009 Objectives: Establish where we are today. Determine plan of action to achieve ‘09 targets. Focus available tools & resources towards that goal. Learn from each other’s experience and success.

Incorporation of NSM Feedback: More specific Hx training. Time for open discussion and brainstorming. Increase interaction and practice with material. Provide sales specific training.
