Project Stewardship and Oversight Project Approval Actions CAPs PODI’s Assess a statistically valid sample of projects to inform the FHWA, with an acceptable level of certainty, of the degree of compliance.

Emergency Relief Program Update Pre-event contracts were helpful in providing a quick response. The State had two contracts for debris and signal. Need for contractors to do proper MOT while performing debris removal. Current estimate at $19M but expected to grow as LPAs submit new DDIRs.
