What’s Happening in 4th grade? January 29, 2018 Box Tops Yearbooks on sale NOW!!! Please see the note that was sent home today. These must be purchased online at www.Balfour.com. We are collecting Box Tops again! Please save and bring in any Box Tops by Friday, Feb. 16th. Reminders: *Book It calendars are due on Thursday *Please check to make sure your child has headphones/earbuds that work. *Please take a few minutes to complete the FRC survey at www.taylor.kyschools.us. The classes with the highest participation will be entered into a drawing for a pizza party! We have several students who will be attending Beta convention on Thursday and Friday. What’s Happening in 4th grade? January 29, 2018 Writing Students will be working on helping/linking verbs.. Please ask your child about their personal narrative. They are due to be completed by Friday, Feb.. 2nd. Math There will be a test over fractions on Tuesday! Students will begin adding fractions on Wednesday. Reading We will be starting our unit on Text Structures, Our focus this week will be Description and Problem/Solution. Science Students will be working on Through Course Task and Introduction into Natural Disasters.
