GPN TRAINEE WESTGATE Secure funding and negotiate post with CHP Agree outcome for trainee and length of training. 6m in house, 12m course work, 6m consolidation. Work up good orientation and have mentor in place. Have whole team on board through good communication. GP’s agreed to add 50% time to post as long as they had 10hrs work and 10hrs learning. GPN trainee knew outcome was to find job in last 6m of post.
